The Hispanic Bar Association of Austin was honored by the Austin City Council on Thursday, January 23, 2014 in recognition of the HBAA's longstanding community service with the South Austin Neighborhood Center. The Hispanic Bar Association of Austin sponsored its 22nd Annual Kids Holiday Party for thirty children in ten different families that participate in the Communities in Schools program through the Travis County Youth and Family Assessment Center. Thanks to the generosity of numerous HBAA members who sponsor a child for Christmas, we provided gifts for each of the children from their “wish list.”
