HBAA Congratulates Celeste Villarreal, Newly Elected HNBA Vice President of External Affairs

HBAA is proud to announce that our esteemed Treasurer, Celeste Villarreal, has just been elected to serve as the Vice President of External Affairs of the Hispanic National Bar Association!  Congratulations to Celeste, who ran a phenomenal campaign.
